Many new users of Vertical Storage in 2006, 15/1/2007
Kardex VCA has had a very busy year in 2006 with many new users adopting the Vertical Storage principle. We installed more than 30 Vertical Storage Units at 13 different sites across Australia and New Zealand. The machines were installed in a variety of applications from document storage, storage and distribution centres and maintenance stores. We installed 22 KVCA Industrial Carousels manufactured in our Wodonga facility, 4 Shuttle XP units and 6 Light Weight Carousels provided from our German factory....
Shuttle XP Wide Trays, 15/1/2007
Shuttle XP C3000 will be available from mid February with tray sizes of 3250mmW x 864mmD and 3650mmW x 864mmD. The trays use a reinforced design and will carry up to 450kg and 380kg respectively....
First Shuttle XP in Australia and New Zealand, 31/5/2005
In May 2005, Kardex VCA will commence the installation of our first Shuttle XP500 Vertical Storage Unit into an automotive sales and service facility in Auckland. The Shuttle is 7m tall and has a ground floor and first floor access. The machine will provide storage for the majority of our client's automotive spare parts in a foot print of just 8m2. This is an excellent example of 'Showroom' not 'Storeroom'....
